Auto Mobile Society of Tanzania (AAT) and FIA set Road signs at shaban Robert Road to protect students who use the road and endanger their lives due to the absence of zebra closing,bams and other signs .By setting those road signs the lives of almost 600 students will be protected because the area is located with many secondary and primary schools.
One of the road sign set by AAT at Diamond’s Primary school in Dare s salaam that will assist the students during crossing the road .The sign is expected to be launched on Thursday by Loard Mayor of Dar es salaam City Isaya Mwita and Police Traffic Commissioner Mohamed Mpinga .
Road Safety Week is been celebrated annually by mid June , AAT uses this celebration to provide awareness to pedestrians and students who using Shaban Robert road.
